A spiritual master with the help of Shaktipaat (release of his spiritual potency ) vibrates the equilibrium of kundalini. (Starting point of the spinal chord that is supposed vital life power of a human being )
Audio & Video

In the moments of meditation the devotees start receiving the vivacious vibes of the life and vibrant oomph of the cosmic existence and this results in petering out their accumulated sanskaars slowly but steadily and gradually their very inner self finds itself in the midst of indescribable eternal bliss.

When sadguru, out of his compassion and love, releases his special spiritual waves, they enter the receptive consciousness of the disciple and stir his pran-shakti (Kundalini). And once the kundalini is stirred up it starts making upward movement; the index finger of the devotee touches the thumb automatically and the posture of gyaan-mudra surfaces. Thereafter, the disciple starts transcending into deep meditation with virtually having no connection with the outside corporeal world. The very consciousness of the disciple involutes and he even loses the sense of his own body. And in this state the disciple enters the state of transcendental and supra-mental meditation. His entire existence is filled with ineluctable bliss up to the brim.

When the vital kundalini comes out of the torpor, it starts taking upward flight towards the highest chakra sahasrar and the net upshot is that the sanskaars, muddied in the human consciousness birth after birth, start emitting out and the consciousness of the individual being becomes feather weight shedding all the lump of ignorance and stupor. The disciples start doing all sorts of outré activities which is absolutely difficult to fathom by a normal mind. They jive, hop, shout, fume, weep, sob, guffaw, go ballistic, dance or dither without any discernible reason. But the rationale behind this shemozzle is very deep with its roots firmly entrenched in the mysteries of spirituality. These awkward actions winnow out the sanskaars of depression, diffidence, dejection, disappointment and hopelessness of the disciples and in the end they are all flung out. The consequence of this process is that it fills the mind, body and soul of the disciples with electrifying energy and boundless joy.

With his benign grace and indefinable compassion the spiritual master sadguru transfers his spiritual energy into the disciple in the form of skaktipaat which when descended into the disciple awakens his pran-shakti (kundalini) from age-old slumber and the disciple slithers into a deep meditation. The sanskaars, good or bad, automatically find the vent and start disappearing with lightning speed. A revolution, better to say some inexplicable transformation, occurs in the life of the disciple. Truthfulness, simplicity and spontaneity start embracing his normal life which was otherwise a bundle of nightmares, complexes, pains and tribulations. He finds himself wrapped in a thick layer of positive thinking and amid such positive environs the real spirituality carves a deep niche in the personality of the disciple.

In the state of meditation all such bizarre activities of mind and body start happening on their own and the disciple has no direct or indirect control over them. These activities are seemingly out of ken but they have deep and hidden logical rationale. In fact, in a series of hundreds and thousands and births and deaths the individual being is actually enveloped, macerated rather, in googols of unfulfilled hopes, desires, emotions and passions in forms of sanskaars. These sanskaars keep trying to ferret out a way to come out of individual’s consciousness to attain those things they couldn’t attain in the previous births and thus disturbing the present life of the individual being altogether. But when by the grace of sadguru the kundalini of the disciple is awakened these unfulfilled sanskaars of previous births get a conduit and they start coming out in throngs and vanishing into the blue within no span of time. Which kind of awkward activity will the disciple do or what kind of posture will he make is spontaneous and out of its own. Actually, it is governed by the sanskaars of the previous births but it all happens under the strict vigil of the sadguru – a watchful sentinel.

And once these demons are out of the individual’s consciousness the real catharsis takes place and his very personality is metamorphosed. Now he inches towards his own real form (swaroop) which is none other than the existence itself. The disciple is drowned in the deep, eternal and blissful state of meditation or Samadhi where there is nothing but everything. The droplet becomes a vast ocean and the marriage between the individual soul (jeev) with the Supreme Soul (parmatma) is consummated. The trinity of knower, known and knowledge and lover, love and beloved is dissolved forever paving the way of absolute oneness or advait - a state of eternal ecstasy. And thus the ultimate alchemy is performed.

Om kar is word of GOD. It is immortal. By Using of chanting OM KAR MANTA we connect to cosmic energy of universe & our bio-energy, life force energy merge with cosmic energy (The GOD Energy) .

Sadguru Dr. Raghuvir Singh Gaur is the first original founder of Supra Mental Meditation. It is a kind of meditation which takes the disciple's consciousness away from the innumerable layers - subtle and gross - of mind and commingles it with the Supreme Consciousness. Tenets of the mystical philosophy adumbrate that the individual consciousness (pran-shakti) resides at the bottom of. the spinal chord (mooladhar or kundalini). It remains inert and dormant for zillions of years. With the grace of God, at one point of time the individual soul, in its journey to eternity, stumbles across the spiritual master or Sadguru who , in turn disturbs the inertia or equilibrium of pran-shakti and the inward journey of consciousness gets a kick start.
